Once you have been pre-approved the next step is to start looking at homes. Determining location and what are “must haves” vs “wants” is key to helping narrow down your options.

Once you’ve found the home you want, it’s time to present an offer and begin negotiations! Your agent should be negotiating on your behalf. Once the offer is accepted, we will begin scheduling inspections, getting title search and appraisal scheduled, etc.

Finalize financing, schedule closing, do final walkthrough. Close and enjoy your new home!
